“Now I rest, now I soak up peace, now I be all new.”

“Not so snappy, Mr. Hoppy,” swirled a whisper by and by

Out of steeplely cone of dust pushed askew.

 

 

“This here jest be rest-stop, jest be station on the way

“on the path yon critterly questers do pursue.

“When yon friends on journey get filled with Light-ray,

“They be called out to high rocky places and lowly slew.”

 

 

So smoked on dusty voice, “Ye be hoppin’ with critters,

“For they love you and need you and call you along!”

“What be this voice under dust?”gulped Croakey in jitters.

“This dusty voice is Time before Time:  Eternal Song.”

10 And as he sat at dinner in the house, many tax collectors and sinners came and were sitting with him and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” 12 But when he heard this, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 13 Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have come to call not the righteous but sinners.”

 

 

Oh, now croaky, so folky in pokey timidey hopsies

Oh, now, Lowly Croaky, once Big Croakey, peeks at top

Oh, now on top, once in ditch, picked up by camel popsies

Oh, now, frog legs and darting tongue seek out more to cop.

 

“How can I be here, how can I be amongst you, oh friends?”

“Did I not brag and stick out my tongue and give you warts?

“Oh, the Babe and then the kings told us with you to blends.”

“Oh, the Light  now blazing out your froggy eyes will from you no more parts!”
